  first thing they do when you call the pharmacy is "we have flu immunizations available can you hold?", then you wait don't know how long, most i wait was 18 minutes then i hang up, another matter is when they say, yes we have the medicine and will be ready in 40 minutes. then when you come back just to heard "we don't have it in stock"... why didn't told me in first place??
