  Nice looking homes; little small for the price point though. This neighborhood is nice and new but it comes at the cost of high HOA dues, cramped neighborhood space (houses are built way too close) and apartment sized backyards. Consumers should really stop awarding these builders for greedy practices like this... Make them offer yards or considerable upgrades for the lack thereof.
