  I call ahead of time to make my appointments and seen quickly within my appointment time. Typically this office caters to a large population of Spanish-speaking people and you will hear Spanish-speaking TV in the waiting areas. Most of staff are very professional and courteous to you and they speak both Spanish and English. This app keeps the area clean at all times when I am there the best time to go is in the mornings early not in the afternoons because you will be waiting longer. They are open on Saturday's for a limited time for lab work and other services.

  I call several times from both my work phone and cell phone with either being hung up on, put on hold with no answer or transferred to a voicemail with no name. Finally someone must have gotten tired of me calling and answering the phone asking if I was even a patient of theirs. I had asked if I could get a call when my order form to get a mammogram was done due to the fact that I have a LUMP ON MY BREAST and very concerned about it. After being on hold taking my chances to see if someone would answer someone finally helped me and told me it was SENT TO MY HOUSE. THIS. IS. CRAZY! I do not understand how a doctors office could be so careless and rude. I have filled out a report on both state department of health services and state medical board for this lack of medical care not only for myself but for every patient in the near future.
