  Family owned and operated. I have read many positive and negative reviews. Please allow yourself to do your own due diligence as opinions are just that, opinions. You will see that across the nation getting good customer service is a rare commodity in the RV industry. I’ve been in customer service for 30 years this month, and I have seen a lot over those years from no cell phones or internet to mass social media. I believe in good old fashioned 5 star service that I believe can be found at Family RV USA in Ontario, California.
