  Not sure about their customer service but this is America and we do have more freedom than any other country in the world and our freedoms do not include the right to discriminate against someone who is not from a "golden1 preferred race".

  They make it damn near impossible to speak to an actual human. It was also so difficult to get my car payments deferred when I lost my job I had to dip into my kid's savings so I wouldn't get the payments sent to collections. The process took so long that my deferment was denied due to insufficient documentation because their servers would not allow my to email everything because I did not have time to go into a branch from looking for a new job so I could pay all the bills.

  Okay I guess I have to share my experience since the customer service does not seem to be improving. First off I don't understand how you can take loan payments for other credit union accounts only Monday through Friday and not on Saturdays, it would be nice if they had a sign or something posted notifying you of this. Secondly, it's not very nice when you ask them to help you out and it's just a constant no!? This is now the second time that I've gone in and they tell me the other credit union account system is down and crashing their computers. Have they ever heard of offline assistance? I had no problems making my payment at Arrow Credit Union when the system is down and they just give an offline receipt. This particular Branch always makes me feel like they just slam the door in your face and tell you they cannot help you.... that is poor customer service at its finest. From now on we will NOT be going to this Credit Union or refer any family and friend here, because I'm just fed up with the lack of customer service at this particular location.
