  I cannot believe anyone rates this place above a 1. If there was a negative I would give it
  
  They are not that busy. Wait staff standing around.
  
  Have to flag someone down for a drink refresh.
  
  Order the spicy beef. Its like ketchup. No flavor or spice.
  
  Waiter is MIA. Waited 10 minutes for him to ask if my meal was ok.
