  Ship with another company!! UN-Dependable Highway Express is what they should be renamed.
  
  Incompetent staff = Incompetent company
  
  We will never ship with these clowns again, we will insist that our many vendors do not ship to us with them (We will turn them away or change vendors if it happens).
  
  Be very careful when dealing with these people, they could give a flying (You know what) about you or your shipment...... Just wish I could give them no stars at all!
